OGAPA vision is clear which is focused on the demands of the Ayurvedic   Physicians of Odisha. Our demands should reach each and every Ayurvedic Physicians of our state to achieve our mission and vision.

 

The Association submitted a proposal of Junior Class-1 status to the Medical Officers since long demands which have not ye been materialized.

 

The Association submitted a proposal for cadre restructure of Ayurvedic Doctors since long which have not yet been materialized

 

In the year 2004 some Doctors are recruited as Medical Officer. But they have not yet been regularized since their initial appointment.

 

The Association demands for separate AYUSH Department since more than 12 years which is not yet been considered.

 

Almost all the Doctors complained about the patients of their area are being attracted towards the Allopathic Hospital as free medicine are being probided there for the patiects. But in Ayurved neither Niramaya Yojana nor in the Dispensary they are provided with hud medicines for treatment of the patients. So Association is demanding to provide Ayurvedic Medicine through the Niramaya Yojana.
